NEED Star Wars set #7667 or #30005

Hello!
It seems I'm always a step or two behind the curve in deciding which sets I need. As you may know, I'm building a vignette entitled "Pizza Day on the Death Star" and I need some Stormtroopers in a serious way. The Imperial Dropship (#7667) has 4 minifigures and I'm happy to buy 2 sets for $15-$18 each. Otherwise, could use 7-8 of the Speeder Bike set (#30005) for $4-$5 each. Or minifigures only for $4-$5 each. In addition, I could use another Grand Moff Tarkin and the Emperor (preferably w/ grey head and black hands).

If you can help me out, please let me know! Can pay at the next PennLUG meeting in May or make other arrangements for shipping or pickup (I'm in the Philadelphia area).
