Whiter Brighter LEGO
Looking for a way to restore that new brick luster to your favorite parts. You may want to have a look at this.

I have not tried this yet so I make no promises but it certainly looks interesting. I would be interested if any one tries this and has success.

If we ever have a sunny day again, I'm ready to try this. I will let you know how I make out.
Re: Whiter Brighter LEGO
If you get it to work mike let me know, and we will spend a day whiting my slopes on my pyramid.

Re: Whiter Brighter LEGO
I started a visual documentary of before and afters on my flickr account. They are coming out very nicely. I have done white and old light gray. They come out very well. Even my old yellowed space baseplates came out lighter. One note about the space plates though, the gold lightens up a little bit to a yellow or light gold. Still well worth it IMHO. I accidentally did black LEGO, those bricks where destroyed/discolored so I don't recommend doing any richer colors such as red, black, green, etc. I have not tried blue and some folks say yay and nay to those so I will update when I do actually try some.
