Minifigs Series 6?
Eurobricks dug up photos of 10 of what might be Series 6. There are some pretty hi-res pictures there and all the parts look legit to me.

They look pretty legit to me as well.
Statue of Liberty - Awesome, but I can see the Europeans whining over favoritism.
Alien (Gray) - Sweet. Don't care for the torso printing though.
Leprechaun - So who will be building a Leprechaun army?
Butcher - Another food piece is always welcome.
Mechanic - I absolutley love this fig. The tool box is killer, his overalls are cool and the 50's greaser hairdoo is sweet. I'll get a lot of use out of the parts from this fig.
Skater (Female) - Another !@#$%&* skater? What the hell are they thinking? At least the hair will be useful.
Barbarian / Highlander / Guy with Sword / etc. - Perfect castle fig. I'll be getting a lot of this guy.
Minotaur - Same fo this one.
Genie - Another good castle fig.
Space Woman - The Series 1 Space Guy and the Series 2 Pop Star had a Daughter. Cool but not one I could use multiples of.
It will be interesting to se what the other 6 figs will be.

My predictions for some of the other 6:
Clown.
Man in suit! (and by suit I mean giant monster costume).
Skateboarder (you read that right).

The skateboarders, surfers and space people are getting boring. It feels like they're already running out of ideas, unless that's what German kids really like.
The Statue of Liberty is friggin' awesome though.

Two skate boarders? Now that's just crazy talk. The man in a monster suit I can believe. There is a whole range of Godzilla series monsters waiting to be taped.

Liberty is awesome. The space babe is ok and the alien/grey is cool if you ditch the lousy torso printing. Space is not my thing though. The extreme sports figs are getting old but I don't think they are necessarily running out of ideas. They are probably popular with the kids or a least LEGO thinks they are so we keep getting them. At least we get a new female hair piece with this skater. As long as they have a few good town and castle figs in each set I'll be happy.

I'll take any extra pink spacers. And didn't Europeans build Stat. of Liberty anyway?

Yes Lady Liberty was a gift from the people of France.

My point was that as some LEGO fans are inclined to do, some one is going to find something absurd to complain about rather than just enjoying it as a cool mini fig.

Statue of Liberty
Not only did France give the Statue to America but France has a much smaller version they created for themselves in Paris on the river.
