Thanks for the heads up! Here's a non-mobile link, too.

I love the tennis player, baseball player and especially the gorilla suit guy! Wouldn't mind the indian chief or hula dancer, either. I want a better look at the sumo guy, to see if the hairpiece is something new or not.

Man, they've got some good ones in here, although some of them just seem like weak rehashes of currently available sets, like the race car driver and space alien.

There are confirmed sitings of Series 3 minifigures in stores as of now. I have seen pics from Seattle. I don't know how widespread they are, but it seems to be the real deal.

I have seen more pictures confirming this. Start looking, guys!

Those are all pretty amazing, but the "gotta haves" in this round (for me, at least) are the elf-warrior and the space-villain. I'm gonna want a bunch of those.

Does anyone think there is any market for us putting a large amount of these on our BrickLink page? There won't be barcodes (unless that has changed) so people will be inclined to buy more, and we can set any price we want (especially if we find them for sale earlier than expected.

I think they cracked the barcodes
on the new series 3 look at Toys N Bricks' flickr photostream

I am disappointed. I was really hoping for bags that were truly blind.

pbbbt. Whatever. I like to know what I'm buying. I'm not into this whole 'mystery' collecting crap. It's probably why I never collected baseball cards or things like that.

Yeah, for buying on a budget I like to have the codes.

At least they don't do that "rare" crap. It's true that there's more of certain figures than others in each box, but there's at least several of each one in there. I hate when there's only one of something per box, or worse, one in only certain shipment. Ugh.

The south Philly (Oregon Ave) TRU has series 3 figs, or did this morning... at $3.99 a piece. Also, the Smart Toys in the KOP Mall had 5 boxes of series 2 for $2.99 if anyone is still looking for those.

Here is a breakdown of what I picked up today:

2 Fishermen
3 Pilots
1 Indian Chief
1 Samurai
1 Snowboarder
3 Cyborgs
3 Sumo Dudes
1 Mummy
5 Elves
2 Tennis Players
1 Go-go rilla
1 Illegal Immigrant
1 Hula Girl
1 Street Punk
4 Baseballers

Did I use a cheatsheet? I don't remember. (But I had really good luck, huh?)

I picked up an entire Series 3 box at the TRU on Aramingo Ave in Philly last night. $4 each but they were also BOGO50% off. Unfortunately the cashier at the register didn't know how to do "quantity 60" of something, so she wound up scanning one of bags 60 times.

There was a second box of minifigs that I almost picked up, but after dealing with that cashier, I'm kinda glad I didn't.
