Looks great! I have an extra 2nd floor I can bring for the Cafe Corner. Let me know if you want me to pack it.

That layout is awsome. I think it may actually put our Brick Fair and Kids Fest layouts to shame. The road going by the monster truck arena is perfect as it actually goes right next to where we had planned on the entrance for parking. Infact that last road section there should probably be turned into a curve section heading towards the arena. That would actually be perfect.

Nice layout once again, Cale.

Or perhaps a "T" section.

Yeah cale also suggested a T-section which I think will work cause then it can be and entrance for the garage as well.

And yes it uses all the tables, which means we will have to make more for Brick Fair.

Looks Great Cale. I am excited to see it all put together. It looks like a nice representation of the members talents.

Thanks. If you have room feel free to bring it.

The T or a 4 way will work good there.

Thanks Brian. It should be a nice layout. I think we have some great talent in our group and this should show that off.

If possible, can O and P switch places, because the "stained glass" wall of the snail emporium is on the right when you are facing it. If not, it isn't a big deal. I was going to make the park smaller 2x2 instead of 2x3, but I can keep it the old size, since that is what you put in the layout. It really looks nice. alien

Very nice work, though I will mention that I only have one rancher. There are two split-levels. I will forgive you this time, though. Wink

Cale, I was talking with Joel yesterday about the modular buildings. Why don't you just pack yours. If I brought mine over, they would just be going down with you anyway since you will be setting up at 9am. Evie and I are hoping to get down there by dinner time for the TGI meeting if you guys are going to that. I will pack a 2nd floor for market street (the light blue building), cafe corner, and green grocer. Let me know if this sounds good. If you don't want to bring yours, I am fine with supplying the entire buildings, it just doesn't make sense with packing and transporting them 2 and 3 times...

Joel, do you have enough minifgs for the monster truck stands or do you want me to bring some down with me. I seem to remember a huge bag of them floating around at kidsfest. I don't think we we need more than those since there is no amusement park. I will pack security guards and construction workers like we had it set up last night. I'll also throw in some more green baseplates although they won't be 32x32 except for the blue one we are swapping out with the pyramid.

Mike T. Could you bring all your power cords to Cale's on Sat? We need more for the windmill farm and I don't have enough to make it the way we are going to do it. The farm uses both styles of cords, the new power functions and the old style with the black/yellow ends (2 wire).

See everyone on Saturday!

So...umm...what exactly is the gameplan for this, because I have no idea. lol I tried calling Mike Tighe over the weekend but couldn't get him, so I'ma looking for someone to carpool with (though I usually do with him) and someone that would be willing to take Lego as payment (I have a number of those Lego castle minifigs left, minifig accessories from KidsFest, and a few others). If that doesn't work out, I'm flexible, but I'm trying to avoid spending cash where I don't have to, as money will be super duper tight these next few months.

How will stuff be transported, and what goes with who?

We are renting a trailer, for tables and for MOCs. Anything you want taken down you need to bring to with you on saturday. We should have plenty of room.
