Man that is like, the greatest Engrish I've ever seen.

It'd almost be better if the original language had been used, and then translated with Babelfish.

Also, just because I'm anal that way, the mad scientist is holding a flask, not a beaker.

Now I have not been swayed into buying any of these, but that review was pretty cool to look at. It seems that LEGO is using these minifigs as a means to churn out new unique pieces much faster than they could in sets. It wouldn't surprise me if they had another "movie maker" series coming out. I liked the Octan-sponsored soccer team as seen on the jersey. Also, every face is completely specialized and unique, bringing many alternatives to any individual's personal minifigs (see my avatar). By the way, anybody have a suggestion for a hair piece that is more fitting of me? The brown one I use right now is both too dark and too short. Oh, and the cutlass and Flying-V guitar are BADASS!!

Definitely some cools figures in there, but I'm getting tired of the extreme sports figures... Do we need more skateboarders, snowboarders and surfboarders?

Also, if you are believing the person who posted the review, the stabilized frequency of each minifig in a complete box is really cool for buyers but not so good for resale.

I'm kind of curious as to what the "others" method of determining unopened minifigs are...

I also think it a bit unfair to compare the new series to the old ones so soon. Of course the 4th series, in anticipation, is going to win the popular vote.

I picked up a box of oranges. It was not a complete 60 count (42 actually). I should have a complete set in there, though. I'll let you know later what I got.

Has anyone seen them in the KoP Lego Store yet? I haven't been able to stop by.

Yes, at TRU in Princeton. A guy at BrickWorld Indy found them Wednesday a week ago at a TRU there.

I'm in Virginia this week and will scout for them here if anyone wants some.

I found some at the KoP TRU. I left a couple, but I bet they're gone by now.

Oh yeah. I forgot to say that Series 4 packaging is coded like Series 3 with dots. I was able to determine some after I had opened a few. Plus the best point is that the Hazmat package is huge. It looks like it is stuffed with two figures.

Thanks for the tips! I just got a few series two from 5 Below (including the pharaoh farao ) and using the barcode cheatsheet is way easier than trying to make out those dots on the edge. Brickset has posted a crib-sheet for eries 4 here: http://cf.minifigcollector.com/images/bumpcodes-series4.png but if this series will be anything like series 3, the dot patterns may change over the course of production.

Just got off the phone with Mike at the KoP Lego store. They still have lots of Series 3 left and just got Series 4 in today (limit of 16 per person). Save some for me- I should be stopping by the store later this week.
