BrickMagic 2010 Non-LEGO Items

With BrickMagic coming up on us so quickly, I think it's time to make a list of non-LEGO items to pack up. I can bring the following unless someone else wants to:

extension cords
power strips
4 red floor mats
4 green floor mats
4 blue floor mats
4 yellow floor mats
a plastic bag of shims for the tables
"C" clamps for the tables (once I see if mine will fit)
The new banners
our laptop (w/OS Windows 7)

Was there anything else that we could have used at KidsFest that would have made life easier?

Cale do you want this stuff on your van going down? Evie and I will be there Thursday evening.

Mike, we won't need the floor mats, there will be carpet at this convention. C-clamps are ok, but we voted for the quick spring clamps. They worked great and were super quick. Easy to install and remove.

We also need rolls of picnic table covering. Probably any kind of folding chairs you might have. I know I will bring at least two of those.

If you don't have room for it in your own vehical, or its something we need early thursday morning bring it to be packed.

I think we came up with some other things but can't think of them now.

I'll talk to Evie. Maybe her and I can get a few folding chairs. I don't have any larger snap clamps for the tables only the old fashion "C" clamps. If someone wants to run out and get a bunch for the tables, we can reimburse them for a few of them.
