I would like have an extra DelVaLUG meeting on Monday Nov. 26, 7pm in order to gather MOCs for KidsFest. I am hoping this will cut down on traveling expenses as we can better car pool from the Philly area then. I am planning on going to Cale's house Tuesday or Wednesday to drop off and help load the trailer.

Good idea! I think I could make it to that.
By the way, Alison will not be going. I would definitely like to carpool with someone, or more than one someone. Would it be possible for four of us to go in one vehicle?

Yeah I can fit 4 especially if we can get everything over to Cale's prior. I would like to leave my house somewhere around 9am. That puts us there around 2. We have 2-8 to unload and begin setting up.

Hey Mike,

Thanks for your email.

We are not able to accommodate comp tickets for family members. However, each exhibitor will receive a credential for each of the 3 days. These are branded Adult Fan stickers and can be reused each day, so you are able to pull your resources. Make sense?

Load In is on Thursday is from 2-8 PM. No one is allowed on the show floor after 8 PM. I am sending detail instructions to Jim to pass to everyone about load in/load out. For those that need dock access need to provide me with the times they are arriving. There is only one dock available, so it would be beneficial if you got together as a group and put together times that each of you would need the dock. It would help cut down on wait time.
