Maybe Rob can sleep in Mike's room, and share the bed with someone? It is a king bed. If so:

we have:
KC ROOM 1: KC, Trev, Brian, Josh, *
KC ROOM 2: Chris, Allison, Chris, Vicky, *
MIKE ROOM: Mike, Ben, Rob, _______, *
SAM ROOM: Sam, Sam's wife (sorry I can't remember her name), Joel, ______

The _____ in Mikes room NEEDS to be filled, so he has atleast 4 people. The ______ in Sam's room should also be filled. The (*) in my and Mike's rooms are available # 5 slots. One of Cale, Nate, or Matt will be # 5 in a room, and pay less. I would be very very very happy if someone picked my Room 1, but it is your choice. If anyone else joins us, like Francis, they would also be a #5 in a room. There is also a small possibility that Peter will swap rooms with Mike, so that Mike has 2 beds, and Pete and his wife get the king, but that is not written in stone. That way Rob would have his own bed, and Mike could get the other bed, and they wouldn't have to share. Smile

Please list which rooms you want.

Who will be staying Sun night and leaving Monday, and who will be leaving Sunday night after teardown? This is important. Please reply. Trev and I were planning to stay Sunday and leave Monday, but I need to know who else is too, so I can see if we need to keep all the rooms or not, for Sunday night. It is $135 per person total if we have 4 people per room, and they stay all 4 nights. Just $33.75 per night.

As it looks now, Ben will only be staying 1 night, so we have put Cale in Sam's room, and Nate and Matt in Mike's room. Is this OK with everyone?

Ben will likely only be there Saturday night, if at all. By my count that puts 4 people in each room except Saturday night Ben will make a 5th. If Francis shows up he will be a 5th in another room.

I am planning on driving back Sunday night so I didn't reserve the room for Sunday night.

I do not have a phone number for Pete and have sent him a PM. Hopefully we can arrange to switch rooms as he suggested at the last meeting so there will be 2 beds in my room.

Cash, Thursday afternoon at Brickfair would be best for payment. 4 nights is $135 per person, so $270, it would ofcourse be less if you only stay 3 nights.

And what would it be if we only stayed the 3 nights? I may stay the 4th night if certain things go as planned and I don't need to be back in Philly on Monday morning for any reason.

It is $33.75 per person per night as long as there are 4 people in the room, so a total of $202.50 for 2 people for 3 nights.
